Vegetables Fried Rice
Ingredient :
- 400 grams of cold white rice
- 2 eggs
- ½ tomatoes deseeded and cut into small dice
- 5 pieces of beans are cut by 1 cm
- 1 teaspoon sweet corn that has been cooked
- 1 stalk spring onion
- ½ carrot cut in small dice
- 1 packet of complete seasoning fried rice
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon margarine
How To Make :
- Heat the cooking oil and mix with margarine. Add carrot, beans, spring onions and stir-fry until cooked. Then, enter the sweet corn and tomatoes. Saute until the vegetables are slightly wilted. After that, add the egg, cook until done and add seasoning fried rice. Stir well to blend the seasonings.
